I became interested in this series so I was looking up the order of how to watch this series. I was going to write a post about it but since I haven't watched the series I won't think it will make sense. This person explains it really well so I hope that this will be useful for people who are also interested in what order to watch this series.

I haven't watched an late 90's anime before. I think its interesting that the 3rd season came out in the 90s while the rest came out in the 2000s. Also I was born in the early 2000s so I think its going to be interesting so see what the popular anime was like back then.
